BTX Bubble Tea Xpresso

It’s just ok. Nothing too special, less menu items than your average kung fu tea or gong cha or even heytea/moge tea. Usually when you have less menu items you’d expect really good quality ingredients or at least be able to taste the tea more, but that’s not the case. Service is good but they’re constantly out of toppings and they frequently close earlier than the stated hours.

The store is located in the hallway of the mall. It is take out on the store. No sitting or dine-in space. They have many types drinks like milk tea, fruit tea, slush, coffee, tea latte and lots of different toppings. I ordered the green tea, large with jelly. There was only one person working. He had few orders to prepare. So I had to wait about 6-7 to get mine. But the drink was really good, sweet and flavorful. The jelly was soft and chewy.

I appreciate the flexibility, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff. I have tried a variety of drinks before. Today, I mixed flavors and was able to customize it. There was a line and they moved the line and got the drinks out very quickly and smoothly. I have been here before, and I will return for more drink in the future.

First time visiting this place in the Bergen Town Center. The employee was very friendly. They have many options to choose from. I ordered the coffee milk tea with herbal jelly. I like that you can customize the amount of ice and sugar they put. I would stop by again.

Refreshing drink option if you are ever in the Bergen Town Center. I can’t speak to their boba tea but their mango slush was delicious, felt even better because I was having it on a warm day. The staff is very friendly and they are very efficient, line moved very quick. They have a loyalty program if you plan to frequent this place.
